Abstract

Elderly make up the % 14 of the World population, but every year this percentage increases. Elderly have special bio-psycho-social problems aging is considered to be a community health issue. Life events of the aging procces create potential crisis because of this fact some spesific Services have to be developed for this population.

KRİZ POTANSİYELİ TAŞIYAN BİR DÖNEM: YAŞLILIK

Öz

Yaşlılar Dünya nüfusunun % 14'ünü oluşturmaktadır ancak bu oran her yıl katlanarak artmaktadır. Yaşlı nüfus, gerek sağlık gerekse sosyal sorunları ile önemli bir toplum sağlığı problemi olarak görülmektedir. Yaşlılıktaki yaşam değişimleri kriz potansiyeli oluşturmakta ve bu nedenle de yaşlılar için özel hizmetler geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir.
