Abstract
Psikiyatrı son yıllarda hızlı bir değişim
içindedir Her geçen yıl yeni tedavi seçenekleri ve
sağlık politikaları gündeme gelmektedir Bu değişimlerin
kliniğimize nasıl yansıdığını saptayabilmek
için 10 yıllık bir ara ile, 1982-1992 dönemlerinde
hastaneye yatırılan hastalar arası bir karşılaştırma
çalışması yapılmıştır Çalışmada dosyalar geriye
donuk olarak taranmış, sonuçta anlamlı fark olarak,
daha çok öğrenci ve Ankara dışı hasta yattığı, yatışların
sayısı artarken suresinin aynı kaldığı, psikozlar
azalırken, psıkonevrozların arttığı, antıdepresanların,
lityum ve karbamazepının daha sık, öte
yandan bıperıden ve EKT'nın daha az kullanıldığı
saptanmıştır ilaçlarda seçicilik artarken, çoklu ilaç
kullanımının aynı kaldığı bulunmuştur Sonuçlar
kaynaklar ışığında tartışılmıştır
