PSİKOLOJİK YARDIM ARAMA DAVRANIŞINI ETKİLEYEN BAZI FAKTÖRLER AÇISINDAN KRİZ MERKEZİNE BAŞVURAN VE BAŞVURMAYAN BİREYLERİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI
Abstract
Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalar,
bireylerin psikolojik yardım aramaya
yönelmelerinde stres düzeyi, kontrol odağı inancı,
yalnızlık algısı, psikolojik belirti gösterme düzeyinin
etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada, Kriz
Merkezine başvuran ve başvurmayan bireylerin bu
faktörler açısından farklılık gösterip göstermediği
araştırılmıştır.
Bu amaçla, Kriz Merkezine başvuran (n=50) ve
başvurmayan (n=50) toplam 100 bireye SRRS
(The Social Readjustment Rating Scale), RİDKOÖ
(Rotter's lnternal-External Locus of Control Scale)
UÇLA (UÇLA Loneliness Scale ve SCL-90-R
Symptom Check List) testleri uygulanmış, iki
gruptan elde edilen puanların ortalamaları
karşılaştırılmıştır.
Uygulanan istatistiksel analizler sonucu elde
edilen bulgular, SRRS ve SCL-90-R'nin PADÜ
dışındaki 9 alt testi ve 3 gösterge (GSI, PSDI ve
PST) puanlarının ortalamaları ile karşılaştırma
grubunun aynı testlerden aldıkları puanların
ortalamaları arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılık olduğunu, buna karşılık; iki grubun RİDKOÖ ve
UÇLA testlerinden aldıkları puanların ortalamaları
arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılıklar olmadığını
göstermektedir

Abstract
İn recent years researches shovved
that the level of stress, locus of control, the
perception of loneliness and level of psychological
symtomps (distress) may be influenced the
behaviour of seeking psychological help. in this
study, it was tried to examine that the differences
betvveen person who have recource into the center
the factors mentioned above. A total a 100
subjects were used in the study.
SRRS (The Social Readjustment Rating Scale),
RİDKOÖ (Rotter's lnternal-External Locus of
Control Scale), UÇLA (UÇLA Lonelinees Scale)
and SCL-90-R (Symptom Check List) subscales
were applied to the two groups.
The results shovved that there were significant
differences betvveen two groups with mean of
SRRS and in each of nine SCL-90-R's subscales
except the one (PADÜ) and three index (GSI,
PSDI and PST). Although there were no significant
differences with mean scores of RİDKOÖ an
UÇLA.
