Abstract

Tanı yolunda ilk adım hasta muayenesi ve kişinin olası probleminin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır.

Anamnez ve fizik muayene tamamlandıktan sonra kan sayımı, biokimya, idrar

analizi, elektrokardiogram, ve akciğer grafisinden oluşan temel testler istenir. Her klinisyenin

bu temel testler hakkında yeterli bilgisi olması gerekir. Birçok teorik kitapta akciğer

grafisi ile ilgili çok az veya yüzeyel bilgi mevcuttur. Bu nedenle, günlük pratikte

sık karşılaşılan akciğer hastalıkları konusunda yaklaşık 30 yıllık teorik ve pratik klinik

deneyimimi meslektaşlarımla paylaşmak istedim.
