Nonmelanoma Deri Kanserleri: Bazal Hücreli Kanser Ve Skuamöz Hücreli Kanser

Year 2016, Volume: 8 Issue: 6, 36 - 41, 01.12.2016

Abstract

Nonmelanoma deri kanserleri (NMDK) sık gözlenen deri tümörleridir. Bu başlık altında

2 deri kanseri yer almaktadır: Bazal hücreli kanser (BHK) ve skuamöz hücreli kanser

(SHK). BHK, insanlarda gözlenen tüm kanserler içinde görülen en sık kanser türüdür.

SHK ise ikinci en sık deri kanseridir. BHK’nın SHK’ya oranı 4/1’dir. Bu yazıda BHK

ve SHK’in epidemiyolojisi, klinik tipleri ve tedavisi ile; genel olarak NMDK’in etyolojik

risk faktörleri anlatılacaktır.
