Abstract
Öz
Tiroid hastalıkları genel cerrahi pratiğinde yaygın karşılaşılan bir antitedir. Benignve malign lezyonlara yönelik farklı cerrahi yaklaşımlar mevcuttur. Özel bir cerrahi yaklaşım gerektiren bir tiroid hastalığı ise intratorasik guatrlardır. İntratorasik guatrlara (İTG)yaklaşımı bir olgu eşliğinde irdeledik.
