Abstract

Acute pancreatitis is a rare condition in the pregnancy and  postpartum period. Pregnancy and postpartum period is a period that leads to many physiological changes in women and leads to changes in diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. Especially acute pancreatitis is often seen in the first pregnancy and especially in the third trimesterand in young people. The most common etiologic factors are gallstones and hyperlipidemia. Rarely, acute pancreatitis is seen in postpartum period but it can be difficult todiagnose. We present a case of acute pancreatitis diagnosed and treated at the age of 26in the postpartum period who is referred to our emergency department.

Postpartum Dönemde Görülen Akut Pankreatit Vakası

Abstract

Öz

Akut Pankreatit gebelik ve postpartum dönemde nadir görülen bir durumdur. Gebelik ve postpartum dönem, bayanlarda bir çok fizyolojik değişikliğin olduğu ve birçok hastalıkların tanı ve tedavilerinde değişikliklere yol açan bir periyottur. Özellikle akut pankreatit sıklıkla ilk gebeliklerde ve özellikle 3. trimesterda ve gençlerde görülmektedir. En sık neden olan etiyolojik faktörler safra taşları ve hiperlipidemidir. Nadir olarak postpartum dönemde de akut pankreatit görülür, ancak tanı koymak oldukça zor olabi-lir. Acil servisimize başvuran postpartum dönemdeki 26 yaşında olan akut pankreatit ta-nısı konulan ve tedavi edilen vakamızı sunuyoruz.
