Beslenme Ve Osteropoz

Abstract

Dünya nüfusu yaşlandıkça osteoporoz olan ve kırık geçiren kişilerin sayısı giderek
artmaktadır. Bu nedenle beslenme ile kemik sağlığı arasındaki ilişkiyi araştıran çalışmalar
yapılmaktadır. Bu yazıda beslenme ile osteoporoz ve kırıklar konusundaki araştırmalar
incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak gıdalarla alınan kalsiyum miktarı ile osteoporoz ve kırıklar
arasındaki ilişki açısından yapılan çalışmalarda çelişkili sonuçlar olduğu görülmekle
beraber her yaşta yeterli miktarda kalsiyum ve D vitamini alınması yararlıdır.
