Pandemide Birinci Basamak Sağlık hizmetlerinde Labaratuvar ve Yönetimi

Abstract

Aralık 2019’da Çin’in Hubei Eyaleti, Wuhan kentinden tüm dünyaya yayılan ve temel
olarak alt solunum yolu enfeksiyonu belirtileri ile seyreden Koronavirüs Hastalığı
(COVID-19) hızlıca pandemi kategorisine ilerlemiştir. Pandemi döneminde kaynakların
tasarruflu kullanılması, hızlı tanı kitlerinin geliştirilmesi sağlık hizmet sunumunun
sürdürülebilirliği için oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Biz de bu derlememizde, birinci basamak
sağlık hizmeti sunumunda sahip olduğumuz laboratuvar tetkiklerinin Koronavirüs
Hastalığı (COVID-19)’na tanı konulmasında rolünü ve yönetimini gözden geçirdik.
