Spinal Anestezi Esnasında Gelişen Penil Ereksiyon: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Rijid penil ereksiyon, endoskopik girişimin yapıldığı ürolojik olgularda genel yada

rejyonel anestezi altında gelişebilen nadir fakat önemli bir durumdur. Bu nedenle ereksiyon

süresi ve tedaviye erken başlanması komplikasyon ve prognoz üzerindeki en önemli

faktörlerdir. Ketaminin detümesan etkisi peroperatif dönemdeki penil ereksiyonu düzelterek

operasyonun devamını sağlayabilir. Olgumuzda spinal anestezi altında üreterorenoskopi

(URS) uygulaması sırasında enstrumantasyonu engelleyen priapizim gelişimi

ve ketamin ile tedavisi literatür eşliğinde sunuldu.
