Guidance, Treatment and Follow-up in Pregestational Diabetes

Year 2017, Volume: 5 Issue: 4, 12 - 15, 10.04.2017

Abstract

AbstractWith increased incedence of obesity nowadays diabetes has been diagnosed  more fre-quently among young population. Because of poorly controlled diabetes serious fetal andmaternal complications can be seen during pregnancy. Genetic and environmental factors, which newborns of diabetic mothers encounter during their intrauterine life, may have longlasting consequences, even during adulthood. With control of hyperglycemia risks of con-genital malformations and certain perinatal mortality may decrease the risks of those innondiabetic pregnancies. Therefore it is important to manage pregestational diabetes.

Pregestasyonel Diyabeti Olanlarda Rehberlik, Tedavi ve İzlem

Year 2017, Volume: 5 Issue: 4, 12 - 15, 10.04.2017
