Akut abdomenin nadir bir nedeni: Falsiform ligament nekrozu

Öz

Umbilikal venin fibröz bir kalıntısı olan falsiform ligament umbilikustan diyaframa doğru uzanan anatomik yapı olup, primer olarak falsiform ligamentten kaynaklanan inflamasyon, apse, hematom ve nekroz gibi durumlar oldukça nadir görülür. Tanısında görüntüleme yöntemleri yardımcı olmasına rağmen genellikle tanı ameliyat esnasında konulur. Ameliyat öncesinde tanı konulan vakalarda medikal tedavi uygulanmakta iken, ameliyat esnasında tespit edilen vakalarda cerrahi tedavi uygulanır. Biz bu vakada akut kolesistit ve safra taşı nedeniyle ameliyata alınan ve ameliyat esnasında falsiform ligament nekrozu tespit edilerek cerrahi tedavi edilen 65 yaşında kadın hastayı sunduk.
