Probiyotikler ve Çocuklarda Bağışıklık Sistemi

Öz

Öz

Probiyotiklerin ilk (patojenlerle ilk karşılaşma sonucu ortaya çıkan yanıt) ve adaptif (hatırlananlara karşı gelişen immün yanıt) immünite üzerine etkileri vardır. İlk nonspesifik immünitede müsin üretimini arttırırlar, olası patojenlerin büyümesini inhibe ederler, bağırsak geçirgenliğini azaltırlar ve doğal öldürücü hücre aktivitesini, makrofaj aktivasyonunu ve fagositozu arttırırlar. Adaptif immünitede ise IgA, IgG ve IgMsalgılayan hücreleri arttırırlar, serum ve bağırsak lümenindeki total ve spesifik sekretuvar IgA’yı arttırırlar, inflamatuvar bağırsak immün yanıtını düzenlerler.
