Abstract

In this letter to the editor, a 6-year-old boy with an isolated cutaneous horn onthe left upper eyelid for one year is presented. A cutaneous horn is an extremely rareclinical diagnosis in children which may be benign, premalignant or malignant. Thetreatment of choice is an excisional biopsy to exclude a possible focus of malignancy.

Bu mektupta bir yıldır sol üst göz kapağında kutanöz boynuzu olan 6 yaşında birçocuk olgu sunulmuştur. Çocuklarda son derece nadir görülen kutanöz boynuz, benign, premalign veya malign de olabilen klinik bir tanıdır. Tedavi seçeneği, malignite olasılığı olan odağı dışlamak için eksizyonel biyopsidir.
