Neonatal Sepsise Güncel Bakış

Abstract

Neonatal sepsis, büyük çabalara rağmen az ilerleme kaydedilen önemli bir küresel sorun olmaya devam etmektedir. Şu anda neonatal sepsisin tanımlanması, tanısı ve tedavisi konusunda kabul edilmiş bir uluslararası görüş birliği yoktur. Neonatal sepsisin tanımı, insidansı, etiyolojisi, patofizyolojisi, risk faktörleri, klinik bulgu ve semptomları, tanı, tedavi ve prognozu ile ilgili gelişmeler derlenmiştir.
