İmmunglobulin E Yüksekliği Olan Çocuğa Güncel Yaklasım

Öz

IgE yüksekliği sağlıklı kişilerde saptanabilecek normal bir laboratuvar bulgusu olabilse de alerjik hastalıklar, paraziter enfestasyonlar, enfeksiyonlar, maligniteler, immün yetmezlikler gibi çok çeşitli klinik tablo nedeni ile karşımıza çıkabilmektedir. Yüksek IgE değerlerine sahip hastalarda öncelikle düşündüren primer immün yetmezlik ip uçları alerjen duyarlılık paterni, eritrodermik döküntü olması, sık enfeksiyon öyküsü, bağ doku ve iskelet sistemi anomalileri ya da sendromik görünüm olması ve eşlik eden otoimmünitedir. Bu hastalarda eşlik eden ipuçlarının doğru değerlendirilerek ayırıcı tanının doğru yapılması primer immün yetmezlik şüphesi olduğunda immünoloji kliniklerine yönlendirilmesi erken tanı ve erken tedavi için önemlidir.
