Abstract

Abstract

Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening, generalized or systemic hypersensitivity reaction. The incidence of anaphylaxis is increasing. Drugs, foods and insect stingsare most frequent causes of anaphylaxis. Its diagnosis is based primarily on clinicalcriteria. Adrenaline is the first choice medication in the treatment of anaphylaxis. Inthis review pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment  of anaphylax is were presented.

Öz

Anafilaksi; ciddi, yaşamı tehdit eden jeneralize veya sistemik bir hipersensitivi-te reaksiyonudur. Sıklğı  giderek artmaktadır. Anafilaksinin en sık sebepleri; ilaçlar,besinler ve böcek sokmalarıdır. Tanı esas olarak klinik ölçütlere göre konur. Anafilaksi tedavisinde adrenalin ilk seçilecek ilaçtır. Bu makalede anafilaksinin patogenezi, kliniği, tanı ve tedavisi sunulmuştur
