Abstract

Abstract

Abuse, neglect, and maltreatment in children and adolescents are causes that trigger aggression, violent behavior, and bullying which are major health problems, andthese problems are getting widespread. Effect of violence on child, following child's violence on others, causes disruptive effect on the child's biopsychosocial development. Aggressive behavior’s treatment is a difficult and long-lasting process. Acquisition of communication skills that would prevent violent actions to emerge and family education programs are should be the primary goals in order to prevent violence.

Şiddet ve Çocuk

Abstract

Öz

Çocukların istismara, kötü muameleye uğraması ya da sağlıklı gelişimleri için gerekenlerin yapılmaması, ihmal edilmesi ile ilişkili olarak ortaya çıkan agresyon, şiddet davranışları, akran zorbalığı önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunu olmaktadır. Şiddetin çocuğa, çocuktan diğerlerine yönelmesi, çocuğun biyopsikososyal gelişimini bozucu etki göstermektedir. Şiddet davranışının zararlarını düzeltici çalışmalar zor ve uzun sürelidir. Şiddetin ortaya çıkmasına neden olan koşulların düzenlenmesi, şiddetle başetmeyi sağlayacak  iletişim becerilerinin edinilmesi, aile eğitim programlarının yaygınlaştırılması öncelikli ve daha önemlidir.
