D vitamini insan sağlığı üzerinde önemli etkisi olan aynı zamanda hormon gibi
davranan bir sekosteroidtir. En önemli kaynak güneş ışığı ile temas sonucu deriden
sentezlenmesi ve alınan besinlerdir. D vitamini eksikliği söz konusu olduğunda vücutta
birçok sistem olumsuz etkilenerek hastalıklara yatkınlık oluşmaktadır. Probiyotikler
dışarıdan alınan ve vücuttaki mikrobiyotayı olumlu yönde etkileyen canlı mikroorganizmalardır.
Bağırsaktaki mikrobiyotanın sağlıklı olması besinlerin ve vitaminlerin
emilimi üzerine olumlu etki sağlayacaktır. Probiyotikler D vitamini emilimi üzerine
pozitif etki gösterebilir.
