Çocuklarda Ve Adolesanlarda Obezite

Abstract

Obezite, aşırı vücut yağlanması ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Son yıllarda çocuk
ve adolesanlarda obezite prevalansı da artış göstermektedir. Günümüzde büyük bir
halk sağlığı sorunu haline gelen obezitenin, çocukluk döneminden itibaren kontrol
altına alınması gerekmektedir. Temel önleme yöntemi, çocukla birlikte aileyi eğitmenin yanısıra, çocukluktan yetişkinliğe kadar uygun diyet ve egzersizin içinde bulunduğu yaşam tarzını düzenlemektir.
