İmmunglobulin E Yüksekliği Olan Çocuğa Güncel Yaklasım

Abstract

IgE yüksekliği sağlıklı kişilerde saptanabilecek normal bir laboratuvar bulgusu
olabilse de alerjik hastalıklar, paraziter enfestasyonlar, enfeksiyonlar, maligniteler,
immün yetmezlikler gibi çok çeşitli klinik tablo nedeni ile karşımıza çıkabilmektedir.
Yüksek IgE değerlerine sahip hastalarda öncelikle düşündüren primer
immün yetmezlik ip uçları alerjen duyarlılık paterni, eritrodermik döküntü olması,
sık enfeksiyon öyküsü, bağ doku ve iskelet sistemi anomalileri ya da sendromik
görünüm olması ve eşlik eden otoimmünitedir. Bu hastalarda eşlik eden ipuçlarının
doğru değerlendirilerek ayırıcı tanının doğru yapılması primer immün yetmezlik
şüphesi olduğunda immünoloji kliniklerine yönlendirilmesi erken tanı ve
erken tedavi için önemlidir.
