Abstract

Bu çalışma saha şartlarındaki Simental (S) ve İsviçre Esmeri (BS) ineklerde gebelik üzerine tohumlama esnasındaki östrüs belirtilerinin etkisini ve bu belirtilerin hangisinin alternatifolarakdaha olumlu olduğunu karşılaştırmakamacıyla yapılmıştır. Kendiliğinden östrusgösterenineklerdeki klinikbulgulargözle muayeneve bazı kliniktestlerledeğerlendirildikten sonratüm ineklere donmuş-çözünmüş sperma ile sun’i olaraktohumlandılar. Ortalama gebelik oranı sırasıyla BS için %69.09i6.29 ve S için %65.12i7.35 olarak bulundu ve en yüksek gebelik 14-18 mm arasında folliküle sahip ineklerin tohumlanmalarıyla elde edildi ve ırk etkisi gözlenmedi.
