Sağlıklı Köpeklerin Dış Kulak Kanalından İzole Edilen Mikroorganizmalar ve Antibiyotik Duyarlılıkları

Abstract

Bu çalı ma sa lıklı 141 köpe in dı kulak kanalının mikrobiyolojik muayenesi ve antibiyotik duyarlılıklarının belirlenmesi amacıyla planlandı. Köpek kulaklarından en yüksek oranda Staphylococcus aureus (%31.5) identifiye edildi. Bu mikroorganizmayı sırasıyla Streptococcus spp. (%16.4), Bacillus spp.(%12.3), Staphylococcus intermedius (%9.5), Proteus spp. (%8.2), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (%8.2), Escherichia coli (%6.8), Candida spp. (%4.2) ve Aspergillus spp. (%3.5) izledi. statistiksel olarak sa lıklı köpeklerin kulak kanalından izole edilen mikroorganizmalar arasındaki farklılık önemli bulundu (p 0.05). zole edilen su lara antibiyotik duyarlılık trestleri yapıldı. Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus spp. ve Staphylococcus intermedius türlerinin büyük ço unlu u amoksisilin/klavulanik asit, ceftiofur ve gentamisine yüksek oranda duyarlı bulundu. Sonuç olarak otitis eksterna tedavisinde gentamisin, amoksisilin/klavulanik asit ve antifungal kombinasyonlarının kullanılmasının yararlı olabilece i kanısına varıldı
