Abstract

Tahirova Devlet Üretme Çiftliği'ndeki Tahirova koyunlarında sebebi bilinmeyen
bir hastalık görülmüştür. Hasta koyunlarda amorosis, inkoordinasion, aşırı eksitasyon, taşikardi,
aritmi ve anoreksi gibi semptomlar gözlendi. Bunlar kurşun zehirlenmesi semptomları
ile benzer nitelikte idi. Çiftliğin ortasından Çanakkale karayolu geçmekte ve bu
da, çeşitli ülkelerde bulunduğu gibi, otlarda kurşun birikimine sebep olmaktadır. Atomik
absorpsiyon spektrofotometresi ile hasta ve normal koyunların kanlarında Pb, Mn, Cu ve
Fe analizleri yapılmıştır. Ortalama Pb değerleri arasında istatiksel çok önemli (P<0.001)
fark bulunmuştur.

Abstract

An unknown disease had been observed in Tahirova sheep at the Tahirova State
Farm. Sick animals showed amourosis, incoordination, excitation, tachycardia, arhythmie
and anorexie symptomes. These all were similar with the symptomes of lead poisining.
Aiso Çanakkale highway passes inside farm and by this reasons plant near the road may
accumulate exhaust gases. The blood analysis had been done for Pb, Mn, Cu and Fe by
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. There were a statistical importance on the avarage
of Pb level (P<0.001) of sick and normal animals.
