The study was carried out to detect pregnancy rates of cattles, injected a PGF2α analogue with an eleven days interval and inseminated 72-96 hours after second cloprostenol injection, in field conditions. In three villages in the vicinity of Konya, a total of 89 cows and heifers were inseminated. The average pregnancy rate was 50.56 percent. From the obtained results, it was concluded that prostaglandin controlled inseminations may provide better results than tour system, especially in the regions containing cows with low pregnancy rates resulting from misdiagnosis of estrus and in the regions having a small livestock population inseminated artificially.
