Abstract
Bu çalışma farklı sulandırıcılar kullanarak köpek spermalarında dondurma işlemlerinin neden olduğu morfolojik değişiklikleri ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada masaj yöntemiyle alınan ejakülatlarda saptanan anormal spermatozoa oranı % 15.3 ± 6.0 olurken, akrozom, baş, orta kısım (protoplazmik damlacılkı spermatozoa ve diğer bozukluklar) ve kuyruk bozuklukları (%) sırasıyla 0.5 ± 0.2, 0.1 ± 0.1, 10.3 ± 3.8 (3.4 ± 0.8 ve 6.9 ± 3.0), 4.4 ± 2.3 saptanmıştır. Tris, Sodyum sitrat ve Ringerle sulandırılan köpek spermalarında ekilibrasyondan sonra orta kısım bozuklukları sarasıyla % 14.4 ± 4.0 %, 13.3 ± 4.4 % ve 15.2 ± 3.5 bulunurken, protoplazmik damlacıklı spermatozoa oranı ve diğer orta kısım bozuklukları (%) sırasıyla 3.7 ± 1.1 ve 10.7 ± 2.9, 3.9 ± 1.6 ve 9.4 ± 2.8, 4.1 ± 1.1 ve 11.0 ± 2.4 kaydedilmiştir. Aynı sulandırıcılarla dondurulan spermalarda çözüm sonu orta kısım bozuklukları sırasıyla % 16.2 ± 7.3, 14.7 ± 4.2 ve 20.3 ± 6.9 saptanırken, protoplazmik damlacıklı spermatozoa oranı ve diğer orta kısım bozuklukları (%) sırasısya 2.9 ± 1.6 ve 13.3 ± 5.7, 1.8 ± 0.8 ve 12.9 ± 3.4, 1.5 ± 0.9 ve 18.8 ± 6.0 bulunmuştur.
Abstract
The aim of this research was to display the morphological changes in dog' s spermatozoa which were caused by freezing procedures using different diluents İn this experiment, semen was collected from dogs by manual stimulation.
The percentage of abnormal sperm in fresh semen was 15.3 ± 6.0 %, acrosome,
head, middle piece (spermatozoa with protoplasmic droplet and other middle piece
defects) and tail defects (%) was averaged 0.5 ± 0.2, 0.1 ± 0.1, 10.3 ± 3.8 (3.4 ±
0.8 and 6.9 ± 3.0), 4.4 ± 2.3 respectively
Ejaculates from dogs were diluted by Tris, Sodium citrate and Ringer. Postequilibration
middle piece defects were established 14.4 ± 4.0 %, 13.3 ± 4.4 % and
15.2 ± 3.5 %. The percentage of spermatozoa with protoplasmic droplet and other
middle piece defects (%) were recorded as 3. 7 ± 1.1 and 10. 7 ± 2.9, 3.9 ± 1.6 and
9.4 ± 2.8, 4.1 ± 1.1 and 11.0 ± 2.4 respectively.
Post-thawing middle piece defects were 16.2 ± 7.3, 14.7 ± 4.2 and 20.3 ±
6.9 respectively for frozen semen with the same diluents. The percentage of spermatozoa
with protoplasmic droplet and other middle piece defets (%) were recorded
as 2.9 ± 1.6 and 13.3 ± 5. 7, 1.8 ± 0.8 and 12.9 ± 3.4, 1.5 ± 0.9 and 18.8 ± 6.0
respectively
