Abstract
Günümüz finansal krizi çağdaş merkez bankalarının Jekyll and Hyde3 doğasını öne çıkarmıştır. Bu kriz hem bir finansal çöküşün sonrasında dâimî kredi akışını temin ermek için vasıtalar olarak bu bankalara mutlak bağımlılığımızı, hem de aynı kurumların şiddetli çöküşleri mümkün kılan finansal büyümeleri ilk neden olarak ateşleme yeteneğini aşikâr kılmaktadır.
