All submissions must be uploaded via the DergiPark platform at https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/liberal.

Upon submission, manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial board for formatting, structural compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

If the manuscript meets these criteria, it is forwarded to two independent reviewers.

If not, it is returned to the author with an explanation.

Manuscripts that pass the initial check are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process.

If both reviewers recommend acceptance, the manuscript proceeds to the publication phase.

If both reviewers recommend rejection, the manuscript is withdrawn from the publication process.

If one reviewer recommends acceptance and the other recommends rejection, a third reviewer is consulted.

If the third reviewer recommends acceptance, the manuscript proceeds.

If the third reviewer recommends rejection, the manuscript is withdrawn.

Following the peer review process, the author is informed of the outcome.
If revisions are required based on reviewer comments, the editorial board sets a deadline for the revised manuscript to be submitted.
