Abstract
Teratomas and other germ cell tumors are common pediatric neoplasms. They can show gonadal and extragonadal location. Congenital teratomas on the neck are very rare. Imaging methods provide early diagnosis and in addition, it is important to predict complications that may be associated with the anomaly and to plan postpartum treatment. In this case, prenatal sonographic features, differential diagnosis and the importance of imaging methods in early diagnosis and treatment of teratoma in the fetal neck are presented. The case was referred to us at 37 weeks of gestation. In the ultrasonography we performed, we detected a solid mass in the fetal neck. The patient was delivered by emergency cesarean section at 38 weeks. The baby was operated on the 6th day after birth. The pathology result was compatible with immature teratoma.

Abstract
Yaptığımız ultrasonografide fetal boyunda solid kitle tespit ettik. Hasta 38. haftada acil olarak sezaryen ile doğurtuldu. Bebek doğumdan sonra 6. günde opere edildi. Patoloji sonucu immatür teratoma ile uyumlu geldi.
