Abstract
In this article, we present a case of allergic reaction due to rocuronium during induction of anesthesia for coronary bypass surgery. Widespread erythematous and bullous eruptions occurred on the skin of the patient immediately after induction of anesthesia following application of rocuronium, propofol and fentanyl, respectively. The patient was intubated and mechanical ventilation was started immediately. The patient's hemodynamic parameters and peripheral oxygen saturation values did not change. IV corticosteroid administered to the patient. The operation was continued. Follow-up and treatment was continued in the ICU intensive care unit .In conclusion, successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation and intensive care is very important against allergic reactions induced by rocuronium

Abstract
Bu makalede; koroner bypass ameliyatı planlanan, anestezi indüksiyonu sırasında roküronyum'a bağlı alerjik reaksiyon gelişen olguyu ve tedavisini sunmayı amaçladık.Anestezi indüksiyonunda sırasıyla propofol, rokuronyum ve fentanil uygulamasının hemen ardından hastanın cildinde yaygın erimatöz ve büllöz döküntüler gelişti. Hasta hemen entübe edilerek mekanik ventilasyona başlandı. Hastanın hemodinamik paremetrelerinde ve periferik satürasyon değerinde bir değişiklik olmadı. Hastaya iv. olarak kortikosteroid yapıldı. Operasyona devam edildi. YBÜ'de takip ve tedavisine devam edildi.Sonuç olarak rokuronyum'a bağlı olarak gelişen alerjik reaksiyonlarda başarılı kardiyopulmoner resüsitasyon ve yoğun bakım takibinin çok önemli olduğu kanısındayız.
