Invasive lobular carcinoma constitutes 12% of the invasive breast cancers and is the second most common malignity of the breast. It is difficult to be diagnosed, clinically and radiologically, which is most likely related to the fact that ILC spreads through the breast parenchyma by means of diffuse infiltration. In this article we report a case of invasive lobular carcinoma, of discussing its invasion to the accessory pectoral muscle which has developed due to polio disease and its preoperative radiological findings
İnvazif lobüler karsinom, invazif meme kanserlerinin % 12'sini oluşturmakta olup memenin ikinci sıklıkta görülen malignitesidir. Tümör diffüz infiltran karakterde olduğundan, klinik ve radyolojik olarak tanısı güçtür. Bu yazıda, kliniğimizde invazif lobüler karsinom tanısı alan bir olgu sunulmuş; polio hastalığı nedeniyle gelişmiş aksesuar pektoral kasa tümöral invazyon ve tümörün preoperatif radyolojik bulguları tartışılmıştır.
