Abstract
Sphenochoanal polyps, form a small part of choanal polyps. Paranasal sinus computed tomography CT and endoscopic examination are used in the differential diagnosis. Thirty years old male patient was admitted to our clinic with the complaints of unilateral nasal obstruction during nasal expirium diagnosed as sphenochoanal polyp. Polyp was removed by endoscopic sinus surgery. No recurrence was observed in one year follow up. We discussed the diagnosis and treatment of sphenochoanal polyps in this article.

Abstract
Sfenokoanal polipler, koanal poliplerin küçük bir bölümünü oluşturur. Çok nadir görülmektedir. Ayırıcı tanıda endoskopik muayene ve paranazal sinüs bilgisayarlı tomografisi PBT kullanılır. Otuz yaşında nazal ekspiryum sırasında gelişen tek taraflı burun tıkanıklığı şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvuran erkek hastaya sfenokoanal polip tanısı konuldu. Endoskopik sinüs cerrahisi ile polip eksize edildi. Bir yıllık takiplerinde nüks gelişmedi. Bu yazıda sfenokoanal poliplerin tanı ve tedavisi tartışıldı.
