Abstract

It's necessary to apply a dynamic therapy in complex regional pain syndrome CRPS , not only pain itself, but also limitation of movement detoriates quality of life. Although there are many therapetic options for pain control, each of them still having limited efficacy leads to new efforts.Mirror therapy enables new possibilities in rehabilitation process. We present our patient's rehabilitation survey and results who was very painfull even with slightest tactile stimulus.

Komplex Bölgesel Ağrı Sendromu Tip II'de Ayna Tedavisi

Abstract

Kompleks bölgesel ağrı sendromu tip II de ağrının yanısıra hareket kısıtlılığı ile yaşam kalitesinin önemli ölçüde bozulması dinamik bir tedaviyi gerektirir. Ancak ağrı kontrolü için birçok önerilen tedavi yöntemi olmakla birlikte etkinliklerinin sınırlı olması yeni arayışları gerektirmektedir. Ayna tedavisi de rehabilitasyon çalışmasına yeni bir açılım sunmaktadır. Taktil uyarının çok ağrılı olduğu bir olgumuzun rehabilitasyon tedavisini ve sonuçlarını sunuyoruz.
