MDFlamın delinmesinde Taguchi yöntemi kullanılarak delaminasyon faktörünün incelenmesi

Abstract

Delik delme operasyonları, ağaç işleri ve mobilya birleştirme şekillerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan önemli bir işlemdir. Delik delme işlemi sonrasında delik giriş ve çıkışlarının mümkün olduğunca kusursuz olması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, sentetik reçinelerle kaplanmış lif levha (MDFlam)’nın delinmesinde bilgisayarlı sayısal kontrol (CNC) delme parametrelerinin en iyi delik kalitesi için optimizasyonu Taguchi tasarım yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ağaç işleri ve mobilya sektöründe sıklıkla kullanılan MDFlam deney materyali olarak seçilmiştir. TS ISO 3129 standardına uygun olarak hazırlanan örneklerde, iki farklı HSS malzemeden üretilmiş 8 mm çapında delik delme uçları ile CNC makinesi kullanılarak delik delme işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen deliklerin delik girişi ve çıkışı delaminasyon faktörü göz önüne alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. MDFLam deney numunesinin delik girişleri üzerinde yapılan ölçümlerde deleminasyonda deney parametreleri açısından fark oluşturmamıştır. Delik girişleri için Taguchi optimizasyonu yapılmasına gerek görülmemiştir. MDFLam numunenin delik çıkışı delaminasyon değerleri incelendiğinde 1 numaralı kesici ile 14000 devir/dakika ve 1750 mm/dakika ilerleme hızında (A2B3C1) en ideal sonucun alınabileceği belirlenmiştir.

Investigation of delamination factor using Taguchi design method in drilling MDFlam

Abstract

Drilling operations are an important process commonly used in woodworks and furniture joints. Hole entry and exit should be smooth as far as possible after hole drilling. In this study, the optimization of computer numerical control (CNC) drilling parameters for the best hole quality in fiberboard (MDFlam) coated with synthetic resins was carried out using the Taguchi design method. For this purpose, MDFlam, which is frequently used in woodworking and furniture industry, was chosen as the test material. Drilling was carried out in the samples prepared in accordance with the TS ISO 3129 standard, using a CNC machine with 8 mm diameter drilling bits made of two different HSS materials. The drilled hole quality was evaluated by considering the delamination factor of the hole entry and exit. In the measurements hole entry in MDFLam, there was no difference in delamination in terms of drilling parameters. Taguchi optimization is not required for hole entries. According to the hole output delamination values, the ideal result can be obtained with cutter number 1 at a feed rate of 14000 rpm and 1750 mm/min (A2B3C1).
