Recently, a growing tendency among countries strengthen integration processes in order to intensify mutual trade and economic relations within the integrating group. This is especially true for developing countries and countries undergoing the process of economic transformation. Application of EU experience appropriate for developed economies, while at the same time, the experience of other integration groupings indicates the possibility of a path of integration, i.e. first create a monetary union, which would then allow them to intensify trade and economic relations. The intensification of integration processes will provide, on the one hand, the task of neutralizing the negative effects of instability in the world monetary system, but on the other - would limit the use of international currencies in the inter-state calculations integrating countries
