In Kyrgyz philosophical cultural are views integrated by «tengrianity» phenomenon were investigated, the conceptuallity of the Kyrgyz thought premis the man in equivalence, equal basity and equal fundamentality of something to something or somebody to somebody. It is a certain commensurability, the maximal degree of the coherentness in the world unity – it’s axisness, spiritual uniform presence. In this equal greatness Tengri and Man is seen the unity of being-time or samana as co-cotemporarity of the being or co-beingness of the time, the commensurability - interfacing of the man and world rather than the domination of the man, as the interaction, paritety, interbasity, interfoundation between in presencing of the co-beingness-co-cotemporarity of the world as interbase fundamentality of the Nature - Society - Human Spirit. It is also the basic distinction of Western man from East one, learning “his” from within – himself potential in existentia, from here the natural openness of Kyrgyz is a necessary condition of existence on a Great Silk Way
