Alan Yaylası (Hatay) Miksomisetleri
Year 2015, Volume 6, Issue 1, 1 - 9, 27.05.2015Abstract
Bu çalışmada 2013 -2014 yılları arasında Alan Yaylasından doğal ortamından velaboratuvarda Nem Odası Tekniği ile Miksomisetler elde edilmiştir. Arazi ve laboratuvarçalışmaları sonucu 10 familya ve 15 cinste toplam 27 tür rapor edilmiştir. Toplananörneklerden 3 tür sadece doğal ortamdan, 12 tür Nem Odası Tekniği ile, 12 tür ise hem doğalortamdan, hem de Nem Odası Tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmamızda Arcyria pomiformis,Cribraria cancellata, Didymium difforme ve Echinostelium minutum en yaygın türler olarakbulunmuştur.
