Bovista plumbea Pers.'nın Yağ Asit İçeriklerinin İncelenmesi

Year 2017, Volume: 8 Issue: 2, 104 - 108, 31.10.2017

Abstract

Determination of Fatty Acid Contents of Bovista plumbea Pers.

Year 2017, Volume: 8 Issue: 2, 104 - 108, 31.10.2017

Abstract

In this study, fatty acid compositions of Bovista plumbea Pers., known as puffball mushrooms and collected from different localities, were examined. In the fatty acid compositions of the examined species, the ratio is at most heneicosanoic acid (C21:0), eicosenoic acid (C20:1), behenic acid (C22:0), vaccenic acid (C18:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), and linolenic acid (C18:3) isomers.
