Islamic Sukuk is a financing instrument arising from fiqh and is issued based on one of the contracts in
Islamic law. It is considered one of the essential products of the Islamic finance industry. It plays a vital role
in developing economic activities by transferring funds from those with liquidity to those short of financial
resources. Musharakah Sukuk is one of the types of Sukuk and is subject to all the terms and conditions of
the Musharakah, known as the Musharakah contract in fiqh. It is considered one of the most important
financing tools of Islamic finance, as it can be used in financing mega projects challenging for countries and
financial institutions to finance independently. This study aims to reveal the Musharakah Sukuk in all its
aspects and to examine its fiqh aspect. In order to achieve this aim, the deductive method was followed in
the study. The study concluded that the Musharakah Sukuk issuance process is an important element for
economic activity and an effective way to attract and mobilize funds. However, it must comply with Shariah
standards. Therefore, the issuance of the Musharakah Sukuk should be allowed after the approval of the
Advisory Board.
