Abstract

Abstract
Grigen of Alexandria (184-254 CE) is one of the most intluential theologians of early Church
history. His Trinitarian theology is often designated as the originator of Arianism. In fact, Grigen's
orthodoxy is a much debated issue among ancient and m<,dern scholars. Gur essay aims to
shed light to this debate through a wmparison of Grigen's Trinitarian views with the Nicene
Creed and the doctrines of Arius.

Özet
İskenderiyeli Grigen (ı84-254) erken kilise tarihinin en etkili teologlarından biridir. Ancak onun
Teslis doktrini sıklıkla Aryüsçülük akımının kaynağı olmakla suçlanmı~tır. Bu bağlamda Grigen'in
giirü§lerinin ortodoksiuğu antik çağda ve modern dönemde tartı§ma konusu olagelıni~tir.
Makalemizin amacı Grigen'in görü§lerini İznik kredosu ve Aryüsçü doktrinler ile kar§ıla~tırmak
suretiyle söz konusu tartı§maya katkıda bulunmaktır.
