Mehmed Kemaleddin Harputi was a scholar of the late period of Ottoman Empire and was a “mufti” of Elazığ. He is also the last religious scholar of Efendigil family which has rooted knowledge tradition. Kemaleddin Efendi is a poet too, and his religious, moral and sufi writings including his poems were published in prominent magazines of his period. His tractate which is called Rakāik: Hadis-i Erbain is one of his writings which was written at madrasah of Darülhilafe where he worked as a muderris. In this article, two copies of his Hadis-i Erbain which were determined as issued alongside their contexts explains the reason of writing and cites the sources issued and the writing edition critic done
Öz: Osmanlı’nın son dönem müderrislerinden Ma‛mûretü’l-azîz (Elazığ) müftüsü Mehmed Kemâleddin Harputî (d. 1283/1867-v. 1354/1936) köklü bir ilmî geleneğe mensup Efendigil âilesinin dinî eserler kaleme alan son âlimidir. Rekāik: Hadîs-i Erbaîn risâlesi aynı zamanda şâir olan, şiirleriyle birlikte dinî, ahlâkî ve tasavvufî yazıları devrin önde gelen mecmualarında yayımlanan Kemâleddin Efendi’nin Harput Dârülhilâfe Medresesi’nde müderrisken yazdığı eserlerinden biridir. Bu makalede Hadîs-i Erbaîn’in tespit edilen iki yazma nüshası ele alınmış, muhtevâsı incelenmiş, tertibi ve sebeb-i te’lifi hakkında bilgi verilmiş, kaynakları tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve eserin tenkidli neşri yapılmıştır.
