Abstract

Synovial hemangioma is a rare benign intraarticular tumor. It causes pain and recurrent joint swelling in children and young adults. Here, we present a 25-year-old patient with a synovial hemangioma in the right knee joint. Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging showed the typical features of a soft tissue hemangioma.The tumor was locally excised.The histopathologic evaluation revealed a synovial hemangioma.

Diz ekleminde synovial hemanjiom: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Synovial hemanjiom nadir görülen benign intraartiküler bir
tümördür. Genellikle çocuklarda ve genç erişkinlerde ağrı ve
tekrarlayıcı eklem şişliklerine neden olur. 25 yaşında sağ diz
ekleminde synovial hemanjiom bulunan hastayı sunmayı
amaçladık. Magnetik rezonans (MR) görüntülemede yumuşak doku
hemanjiomlarının tipik özellikleri saptandı. Tümör lokal olarak
eksize edildi. Histopatolojik tanı synovial hemanjiom olarak
bildirildi.
