Fronto-temporal Bunamaya Eşlik Eden Klüver-Bucy Sendromu

Abstract

Klüver-Bucy sendromu durgunluk (plasidite), görsel agnozi, artmış cinsel uğraşı, hiperoralite, hipermetamorfoz, duygulanımda ve diyet alışkanlıklarında değişiklerle karakterizedir. Olgumuzda, 64 yaşında, sağ elini kullanan bir erkek hasta sunulmaktadır. Yapılan klinik muayenesi, psikometrik test ve radyolojik incelemeleri sonucunda Klüver-Bucy tanısı konulmuştur. Elde edilen pozitron emisyon tomografisi (PET) ve kraniyal magnetik rezonans gürüntüleme (MRI) sonuçları da, Klüver-Bucy sendromunda temel mekanizma olarak tanımlanan bilateral amigdala tutulumunu göstermiştir. Bu vaka sunumunda, frontotemporal bunama ile birlikte bulunan bir Klüver-Bucy sendromu tartışılmıştır.
