KASIK FITIĞI ONARIMINDA; AĞ ÖRME TAKVİYE, LICHTENSTEIN YÖNTEMİ VE PLUG - MESH İLE ONARIM YÖNTEMLERİNİN TESTİKÜLER KAN AKIMINA OLAN ETKİLERİNİN DOPPLER ULTRASONOGRAFİ İLE KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı kasık fıtığının cerrahi tedavisinin testiküler kan akımı üzerine olan etkileri skrotal Doppler ultrasonografiyle (USG) araştırmaktır. Yöntem: Nyhus sınıflandırılmasına göre Tip 2-3’deki 30 olguyu 10’ar kişiden oluşan gruplara ayrılmıştır; Grup I Ağ örme takviye Grup II Lichtenstein onarımı Grup III Plug Mesh onarımı Bulgular: Kasık fıtığı cerrahi tedavisinde kullanılan ağ örme takviye, Lichtenstein ve plug mesh tedavi yöntemlerinin skrotal Doppler ultrasonografiyle elde edilen sonuçlarının, testiküler kan akımına olan etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Gruplar arasında testiküler direnç indeksi ve Doppler ultrasonografiyle değerlendirilen testiküler kan akımında anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır. Sonuç: Bu çalışmada, kasık fıtığı cerrahisinde kullanılan sentetik mesh tekniğinin, testiküler kan akımına olumsuz bir etkisinin olmadığı saptanmıştır.
