Abstract
ÖZET
Zellweger Sendromu (ZS) peroksizom eksikliğine bağlı, nörolojik sistem, iskelet sistemi, karaciğer ve göze ait anomalilerin izlendiği, nadir görülen bir sendromdur. Zellweger Sendromunda gözlenen anomaliler anestezi uygulamalarında ciddi komplikasyonlara yol açabilir. Öte yandan ZS’li olgularının anestezi uygulamaları yeterince aydınlatılmamıştır. Bu nedenle ZS ön tanılı 11 aylık olguda manyetik rezonans görüntüleme sırasındaki anestezi yaklaşımımızı sunmayı amaçladık.
