Abstract

Abdominal kitle şikayeti ile başvuran retroperitoneyal lipom olgusu sunuldu. İntravenöz ürografide ve magnetik rezonans incelemede, böbreğin yağ dansitesinde kitle tarafından süperomediale itildiği saptandı. Patolojik inceleme sonucu benign lipom olarak rapor edildi.
