Liposarcomas are rare tumors of the retroperitoneum, and their clinical findings are related with their location and size. In this report, we present a case of primary retroperitoneal liposarcoma with osseous metaplasia, that preoperatively resembled a coraliform stone in a non-functioning kidney.
