Pitriyazis Likenoideste Dar Bant Ultraviyole B Tedavisinin Etkinliği

Abstract

Amaç: Pitriyazis likenoides, papüloskuamöz inflamatuar
bir deri hastalığıdır. Dar bant ultraviyole B, sık kullanılan
bir fototerapi yöntemi olup, hastalık tedavisinde önemli bir
yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada fototerapi ünitemizde,
pitriyazis likenoides nedeniyle dar bant ultraviyole B
uygulanan hastaların tedavi ve izlem sonuçları
sunulmaktadır.
Yöntem: Pitriyazis likenoides nedeniyle dar bant
ultraviyole B tedavisine alınan ve tedaviyi tamamlayan 25
hastanın tedavi kayıtları retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi.
Ultraviyole B tedavisi, haftada 3 gün, tam düzelme ya da
minimal rezidüel aktivite elde edilene kadar uygulandı.
Tedaviye yanıt, tam, belirgin, orta derecede ve hafif
derecede düzelme ya da yanıtsızlık olarak belirlendi.
Tedavi kesildikten sonraki izlem döneminde yeni lezyon
çıkışı nüks olarak değerlendirildi.
Bulgular: Hastaların yaş ortalaması 22 (minmaks: 3-49),
ortalama hastalık süresi 30,2 (minmaks: 3-120) aydı.
Ortalama 24,6 (min-maks:12-45) seans sonunda
hastaların 17'sinde (% 68) tam, 4' ünde (%16) belirgin,
1'inde (%4) orta, 1'inde (%4) hafif derecede düzelme
olurken, 2'sinde (%8) hiç yanıt alınamadı. Tedavi
sırasında 8 hastada (%32), genellikle hafif-orta şiddette
olmak üzere en az bir kere eritem gözlendi. Yan etkiler
nedeniyle tedaviyi bırakan hasta olmadı. İzlemle ilgili
verileri olan 9 hastanın tümünde ortalama 10,1 ayda
(min-maks:1- 24) nüks saptandı.
Sonuç: Bu çalışma, dar bant ultraviyole B'nin pitriyazis
likenoides tedavisinde güvenle ve başarıyla kullanılabilen
bir yöntem olduğunu desteklemektedir.
