Abstract
Hipereosinofilik sendrom kalp, deri,karaciğer, dalak, üriner, gastrointestinal, nörolojik, hematopoetik
sistemler gibi birçok sistemi etkileyen ciddi bir hastalıktır. En önemli bulgular periferal eosinofilik lökositoz
ve eosinofilik infiltrasyondur. Burada, biz iki hastada hipereosinofilik sendromunun karaciğer tutulumunun
abdominal ultrasonografi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi bulgularını sunduk.
