Uterin vasküler lezyonlar, nadir izlenen ancak hayatı tehdit edebilecek vasküler patolojilerdir. Arteriyovenöz
malformasyon (AVM), pre ve postmenapozal olgularda, en sık olarak nedeni bilinmeyen vajinal kanama ile
ortaya çıkmakla birlikte asemptomatik kitle ile de karakterize olabilir. Uterin AVM tanısında altın standart
anjiyografi olmakla birlikte, bu olgularda ultrasonografi (US) ve renkli Doppler US (RDUS) ilk planlanması
gereken görüntüleme yöntemleri olup, ek olarak bilgisayarlı tomografi ( BT) ve manyetik rezonans
görüntülemeler (MRG) de tanıya destek olmaktadır. Olgu sunumumuzda, adet görememe yakınması ile
başvuran ve sağ over kisti ön tanısı ile izlenen kadın hastada, radyolojik görüntülemeler sonrası rastlantısal
olarak saptanan uterin arteriyovenöz (AV) fistül, US, RDUS ve BT bulguları ile literatür eşliğinde
tartışılmıştır.
